Product Overview
The vane pump valve plate is developed for high-speed end-face sliding in vane pump systems.
It is suitable for single vane pumps, double vane pumps, compound vane pumps, and VQ series pump structures.
Material Structure
The product combines a carbon steel base with a CuPb7Sn7Zn3 bronze alloy friction layer.
The steel section provides rigidity, while the bronze surface supplies low-friction and wear-resistant performance.
Pressure Compensation Compatibility
The plate is optimized for the pressure compensation structure used in compound vane pumps.
Accurate oil distribution helps the pump maintain stable volumetric efficiency during long-term operation.
Distribution Window Design
The throttling grooves in the oil-distribution windows are optimized to control pressure changes.
This design limits pressure pulsation to within ±5% and supports smoother hydraulic flow.
Anti-Galling Performance
The bronze friction layer provides resistance to galling and scoring.
This helps reduce the risk of vane sticking and damage caused by overheating on the oil-distribution surface.
Dimensional Accuracy
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.004 mm, while parallelism is maintained within 0.003 mm.
The maximum sliding speed is 12 m/s.
Working Pressure
The standard version is rated for working pressure up to 21 MPa.
A customized high-pressure version can be produced for operation up to 28 MPa.
Direct Replacement
Consistent product dimensions allow the vane pump valve plate to replace the original component without additional machining.
This simplifies installation and can reduce repair time.
Application Areas
The product is used in vane pumps for injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and construction machinery.
It is suitable for original equipment assembly and aftermarket pump repair.


Customization Support
Production is available according to customer drawings. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Custom samples normally require 30 days. Urgent development may be completed approximately five days earlier.
Delivery Arrangements
Standard delivery is 25–30 days. Repeat orders may be delivered about one week earlier.

Manufacturing and Inspection
The factory has more than 50 employees, including a three-person R&D team. All core processes are completed in-house.
Third-party inspection is accepted, and export products receive a 100% inspection before packing.
