Product Overview
The Copper Steel Piston Motor End Plate is designed for piston motors that generate high torque under high-pressure operating conditions.
It is suitable for axial and variable piston motors exposed to frequent pressure impact.
Material Structure
The plate combines a high-strength alloy steel base with a high-lead bronze friction layer.
The alloy steel provides rigidity and resistance to deformation. The bronze surface supplies low-friction performance and supports oil-distribution sealing.
Bonding Strength
The shear bonding strength between the two materials is at least 180 MPa.
This metallurgically bonded structure is designed to remain stable under repeated high-pressure loads.
High-Pressure Operation
The rated working pressure is up to 35 MPa, with peak pressure resistance reaching 45 MPa.
The structure supports large-torque output without plastic deformation under the stated operating conditions.
Fatigue Resistance
Piston motors experience frequent pressure changes during startup, load changes, and direction reversal.
The plate is designed to resist fatigue caused by these repeated hydraulic impacts.
Damping Groove Design
The damping groove profile is optimized to reduce reversing impact.
It also helps control operating noise during pressure transition and oil distribution.
Surface Precision
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.003 mm. Surface roughness is Ra 0.15 μm or better.
The friction layer hardness is HB 80–110.
Matching Performance
Good running compatibility with the cylinder block helps maintain stable sealing and distribute surface wear.
This can extend the maintenance interval of the complete motor.
Application Areas
The Copper Steel Piston Motor End Plate is used in travel and swing motors for construction machinery. It is also suitable for mining machinery and petroleum equipment.
The product is compatible with HM anti-wear hydraulic oil and different fire-resistant hydraulic fluids.


Customization and Delivery
Production is available according to customer drawings. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Custom samples normally require 30 days. Urgent orders may be completed around five days earlier. Standard delivery is 25–30 days, while repeat orders may be delivered about one week earlier.
Warranty
A six-month product warranty is provided.
