Our History
Our brand was established in 2004, initially launching a production base for bimetallic anti-friction products in Tangshan, Hebei Province. We were among the first domestic enterprises to introduce mature Japanese bimetallic sintering manufacturing processes, effectively breaking the industry's reliance on imports for high-end bimetallic hydraulic components. In our early stages, we focused on the hydraulic component supply market in North China; thanks to stable, reliable product quality and distinct technical advantages, we rapidly built a strong reputation and customer base, eventually becoming an influential supplier of bimetallic components in the region.
In 2010, to overcome capacity constraints and optimize our geographical footprint, we relocated our entire operation to the Economic Development Zone of Qingzhou City, Weifang, Shandong Province, and formally registered Qingzhou Baiyun Anti-Friction Products Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of RMB 18.5 million, the company is positioned as a specialized manufacturer integrating the R&D, production, and sales of bimetallic anti-friction composite materials and products. Since our inception, we have remained dedicated to the deep development and optimization of steel-copper bimetallic composite technology. Driven by technological innovation, we have successfully combined advanced imported processes with domestic market demands, achieving multiple rounds of independent upgrades and optimizations to our production techniques. We have thus established comprehensive, in-house production capabilities spanning the entire value chain-from raw material composite sintering to the precision machining of finished products.
Our legal representative, Mr. Wang Xudong, possesses over a decade of experience in technical R&D and operational management within the bimetallic industry. Under his leadership, the team has continuously cultivated this niche sector and built the proprietary "Baiyun" brand. We currently hold official qualifications for the import and export of goods, enabling us to independently conduct domestic and international trade. Our products are distributed across most provinces and cities in China and are gradually expanding into overseas markets. We have grown into a specialized supplier with outstanding comprehensive capabilities in the domestic bimetallic hydraulic component sector, enjoying high industry visibility and market recognition.
