Our Heritage in Bimetallic Manufacturing

page-1920-1272

Established in 1999, Qingzhou Baiyun Anti‑Friction Products Co., Ltd. set up its first bimetallic anti‑friction production base in Tangshan, Hebei Province. As one of China's early manufacturers adopting mature Japanese SENJU Metal powder metallurgy and bimetallic sintering technologies, we helped ease the country's long‑term reliance on imported high‑end bimetallic hydraulic components. In our early days, we served the North‑China hydraulic market. Thanks to consistent quality and distinctive technical strengths, we built solid market reputation and a stable customer base, growing into an influential regional supplier of bimetallic components.

Driven by Expertise, Growing Globally

To resolve capacity constraints and optimize operational layout, we relocated all production operations to the Economic Development Zone of Qingzhou, Shandong Province and completed official company registration in 2010. Led by Mr. Wang Xudong, a seasoned industry expert with over ten years of experience in bimetallic R&D and enterprise management, our team has dedicated to this niche sector and created our proprietary "Baiyun" brand. With independent import-export rights, we conduct domestic and international trade. Our products are widely available across China and steadily expanding into Europe, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities

16,000 m² Production Site

Our manufacturing base covers 16,000 m², including 8,000 m² of standardized workshops, providing the space and infrastructure required for stable mass production and reliable global supply.

100+ Production Units

Our facility operates more than 100 production units, including continuous sintering lines, Haas and WIA machining centers, CNC lathes, precision grinders and other specialized equipment for efficient and accurate production.

Full-Process Manufacturing

From raw-material sintering and steel-copper bonding to precision machining and finished-part processing, key manufacturing processes are completed in-house, giving us greater control over quality, consistency and production efficiency.

Advanced Bimetallic Technology & Solutions

Through decades of technology absorption and independent innovation, we have developed mature steel-copper metallurgical bonding processes. Our bimetallic products integrate steel's rigidity and copper's wear-resistant property, cutting bronze consumption by 70%-90% and offering superior mechanical performance and cost-efficiency versus solid copper parts. Our core product range covers bimetallic side plates, valve plates, bushings, strips and sheets, widely applied in machinery, automotive, machine-tool and railway industries. Bulk orders and OEM customization are supported. Our annual output reaches 2 million bimetallic side plates, with a standard 20-day lead-time to guarantee on-time global delivery.
