Product Overview
The Bimetallic Vane Pump Wear Plate is designed for the oil-distribution conditions of single, double, and compound vane pumps.
It can be used for original equipment assembly, replacement, and pump cartridge remanufacturing.
Composite Material
The plate combines a carbon steel base with a CuPb7Sn7Zn3 bronze friction layer.
Manufacturing Process
The two materials are formed through an integrated sintering and rolling process. All core production processes are completed in-house.
Structural Rigidity
The carbon steel base supplies rigidity and limits deformation under pressure.
The bronze layer provides self-lubricating performance, reduces friction heat, and supports quieter pump operation.
Optimized Distribution Windows
The oil-distribution windows are optimized to reduce pressure pulsation. This helps the pump deliver a smoother flow during operation.
Stable Pump Efficiency
The plate works with vane-pump pressure compensation structures. Its distribution accuracy helps maintain stable volumetric efficiency over extended use.
Anti-Galling Performance
The bronze friction layer improves resistance to galling and scoring. This helps reduce the risk of vane sticking and damage to the distribution surface.
Precision and Replacement
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.004 mm. Distribution-surface roughness is Ra 0.2 μm or better.
Consistent dimensions allow direct replacement without additional machining.
Application Areas
The Bimetallic Vane Pump Wear Plate is used in vane pumps for injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and construction machinery.
The standard version is rated up to 21 MPa. A customized high-pressure version can reach 28 MPa.


OEM and ODM Support
OEM and ODM production is supported. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces, and customized samples normally require 30 days.
Delivery Management
Standard delivery is 25–30 days. Production schedules are arranged three to five days ahead of the committed delivery date.
Repeat orders may be delivered about one week earlier.
Factory Capacity
The factory operates on a self-owned 16,000 m² site in Qingzhou, Shandong.
It has three continuous bimetal sintering lines, 30 machining centers, and an annual capacity of one million pieces.
Quality and Packaging
The company passed the ISO 9000-2001 quality system certification in 2003. A six-month warranty is provided.
Small export orders use wooden cases with metal fasteners. Orders above half a ton are placed on iron pallets and secured with stretch film.
