Product Overview
The Copper Steel Piston Pump End Plate is made for axial piston pumps and variable piston pumps operating under high pressure and frequent load changes.
It supports original equipment production, pump repair, and remanufacturing.
Material Structure
The component uses a high-strength alloy steel base and a high-lead bronze friction layer.
The steel provides rigidity, while the bronze surface supports low friction and reliable sealing.
Bonding Strength
The two materials have a shear bonding strength of at least 180 MPa.
This bonded structure is designed to remain stable under high-frequency alternating loads without layer separation or plastic deformation.
High-Pressure Stability
Piston pumps experience large and rapid pressure changes. The plate is optimized for fatigue resistance and dimensional stability under these demanding conditions.
Damping-Groove Design
The damping-groove profile is designed to reduce hydraulic impact and operating noise.
Cylinder Block Compatibility
Good running compatibility with the cylinder block helps maintain sealing and can extend the service life of the complete pump.
Surface Precision
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.003 mm. Surface roughness is Ra 0.15 μm or better.
The alloy layer hardness is HB 80–110.
Application Areas
The Copper Steel Piston Pump End Plate is suitable for construction machinery, petroleum machinery, and heavy hydraulic equipment.
It is compatible with HM anti-wear hydraulic oil and various fire-resistant hydraulic fluids.
Custom Manufacturing
Manufacturing is available according to customer drawings. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.


Sample Development
Custom samples normally require 30 days. Urgent orders may be shortened by about five days.
Product requirements, delivery timing, packaging, and transportation arrangements are confirmed during the order process.
Company Experience
The company was established in 2010, following bimetal production experience that began in 1995.
It has more than 50 employees, including a three-person R&D team.
Quality Monitoring
Quality equipment includes a coordinate measuring machine, roughness tester, hardness tester, and bronze-layer thickness gauge.
These instruments support quality monitoring throughout production.
After-Sales Service
Two employees are assigned to after-sales service. The product carries a six-month warranty.
Returns or replacements are handled within five days.
