The Bimetallic Piston Pump Distributor Plate is designed for high-pressure axial piston pumps and variable piston pumps.
It supports hydraulic systems that operate with frequent pressure changes and alternating loads.
Material Structure
The component combines a high-strength alloy steel base with a high-lead bronze friction layer.
The alloy steel provides strength and rigidity. The bronze layer supports low friction, sealing, and wear resistance.
Bonding Performance
The shear bonding strength is at least 180 MPa.
This strong material interface helps prevent layer separation when the plate is exposed to repeated high-pressure loading.
High-Pressure Capacity
The rated working pressure is up to 35 MPa, with peak pressure resistance up to 45 MPa.
The structure is designed to remain stable without plastic deformation under high-frequency alternating loads.
Surface Accuracy
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.003 mm. Surface roughness is Ra 0.15 μm or better.
The alloy layer hardness is HB 80–110.
Oil-Distribution Sealing
The rigid base and precision-machined friction surface support stable oil-distribution sealing.
This helps control internal leakage during high-pressure pump operation.
Damping Groove Design
The damping groove profile is optimized to reduce hydraulic impact.
It also helps lower operating noise during pressure transition and oil distribution.
Matching Performance
Good running compatibility with the cylinder block helps distribute wear more evenly.
This can extend the service life of the complete piston pump and reduce maintenance requirements.
Hydraulic Fluid Compatibility
The Bimetallic Piston Pump Distributor Plate is suitable for HM anti-wear hydraulic oil and different types of fire-resistant hydraulic fluid.


Application Areas
The product is used in construction machinery, petroleum machinery, and heavy hydraulic equipment.
It can be supplied for original pump production, repair, and remanufacturing.
Customization and Delivery
OEM and ODM services are available. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Custom samples require about 30 days, with urgent orders shortened by approximately five days. Standard delivery is 25–30 days.
Warranty and Service
The product includes a six-month warranty. Returns or replacements are handled within five days.
Two employees are assigned to after-sales support.
Trade Information
The preferred trade term is EXW, and settlement is mainly made in US dollars.
