Product Overview
The Bimetallic Vane Motor Distributor Plate is designed for high-speed end-face sliding in vane motors. It supports stable oil distribution during forward and reverse rotation.
The product is suitable for fixed-displacement, variable, and compound vane motors.
Material Structure
A carbon steel base is combined with a CuPb7Sn7Zn3 copper alloy friction layer.
The steel base provides rigid support. The bronze layer supplies low-friction, wear-resistant, and self-lubricating performance.
Symmetrical Port Design
The distribution windows use an optimized symmetrical throttling-groove structure.
This design supports smooth direction changes and reduces hydraulic impact when the motor switches between forward and reverse rotation.
Stable Low-Speed Operation
The friction layer helps the motor operate smoothly at low speed.
It reduces the risk of creeping, vane sticking, and damage caused by overheating on the distribution surface.
Pressure and Speed Performance
The standard rated working pressure is up to 21 MPa. A customized high-pressure version can reach 28 MPa.
Pressure pulsation is controlled within ±5%, and the maximum sliding speed is 12 m/s.
Machining Accuracy
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.004 mm. Parallelism is maintained within 0.003 mm.
Consistent dimensions allow the Bimetallic Vane Motor Distributor Plate to replace a matching original component without secondary machining.
Application Areas
The product is used in vane motors for injection molding machines, die-casting machines, and construction machinery.
It can be supplied for original equipment assembly and aftermarket motor repair.
Customization and Delivery
Production is available according to customer drawings or physical samples. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Custom samples normally require 30 days. Urgent samples may be completed about five days earlier. Standard delivery is 25–30 days, while repeat orders may be delivered approximately one week earlier.


Quality Inspection
Inspection equipment includes coordinate measuring machines, hardness testers, copper-layer thickness gauges, and roughness testers.
Export products receive a 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is also accepted.
