Product Overview
The Bimetal Abrasion Resistant Port Plate is designed for medium- and high-pressure hydraulic pumps and motors that operate continuously.
It is suitable for equipment exposed to long working cycles and hydraulic oil with average cleanliness.
Material Structure
The product combines a carbon steel base with a wear-resistant high-lead bronze friction layer.
The carbon steel provides rigid support. The bronze layer creates a low-friction and wear-resistant distribution surface.
Metallurgical Bonding
The shear bonding strength between the steel and bronze layers is at least 160 MPa.
This bonded structure helps prevent separation when the plate operates under pressure and repeated thermal loads.
Pressure Capacity
The rated working pressure is up to 32 MPa, while peak pressure resistance reaches 40 MPa.
The rigid backing limits deformation and helps maintain stable oil-distribution sealing.
Wear Performance
The continuous-operation wear rate is controlled within 0.01 mm per 1,000 hours.
The wear-resistant formula allows the Bimetal Abrasion Resistant Port Plate to operate with hydraulic oil cleanliness of NAS 8–10.
Thermal Seizure Resistance
The bronze friction surface provides resistance to thermal seizure under long operating cycles.
Good compatibility with the cylinder block or rotor helps reduce uneven wear and extend the interval between major repairs.
Surface Accuracy
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.004 mm.
The oil-distribution surface roughness is Ra 0.15 μm or better, supporting close contact and stable sealing.
Application Areas
The plate is suitable for hydraulic systems used in metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, injection molding machines, and outdoor construction equipment.
It can be supplied for original equipment production, maintenance, and replacement of worn distribution components.
Customization and Delivery
Production is available according to customer drawings or physical samples. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Custom samples normally require 30 days. Urgent samples may be completed approximately five days earlier. Standard delivery is 25–30 days, while repeat orders may be delivered about one week earlier.


Warranty and Trade Terms
A six-month warranty is provided. Returns or replacements are handled within five days.
The preferred trade term is EXW, with settlement mainly in US dollars.
