Product Overview
The valve plate hydraulic pump component is designed for medium- and high-pressure vane pumps and piston pumps.
It combines structural rigidity, low-friction performance, and accurate oil-distribution surfaces in one bimetal component.
Composite Structure
The plate uses a carbon steel base combined with a CuPb10Sn10 lead bronze friction layer.
The steel base provides rigid support, while the bronze surface offers self-lubricating and anti-friction properties.
Metallurgical Bonding
The steel and bronze layers are joined through metallurgical bonding.
The bonding strength reaches at least 150 MPa, helping the two materials remain firmly connected during operation.
Pressure Load Capacity
The maximum load pressure is 65 N/mm².
The rigid steel backing limits deformation under load and helps the oil-distribution windows maintain even contact with the cylinder block.
Surface Precision
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.005 mm. The oil-distribution surface roughness is Ra 0.2 μm or better.
The alloy layer hardness is HB 70–100, and the maximum working temperature is 260°C.
Friction and Noise Control
The bronze layer reduces friction heat and supports lower operating noise.
Its self-lubricating surface also helps maintain stable movement between the plate and the matching component.
Material Cost Control
Compared with an all-bronze valve plate, the bimetal structure can reduce copper material use by more than 60%.
The steel backing also provides higher rigidity than a full-bronze structure.
Replacement Value
Consistent dimensions allow the valve plate hydraulic pump component to be installed as a direct replacement.
Additional fitting or secondary machining is normally not required when the supplied dimensions match the pump design.
Application Areas
The product is suitable for industrial hydraulic stations, machine tool hydraulic systems, and pump cartridge repair.
It can be supplied for original equipment production or replacement work.

Several product types and specifications may be combined within one order.
Quality Inspection
Inspection covers hardness, bronze layer thickness, dimensions, and surface condition.
The factory uses hardness testers, a bronze thickness gauge, a roughness tester, and a coordinate measuring machine. Third-party inspection is accepted.
Commercial Terms
The preferred trade term is EXW. The standard payment arrangement is 50% in advance before production and 50% before shipment.
