Product Overview
The Bimetal Hydraulic Motor Port Plate is designed for the oil-distribution surfaces of medium- and high-pressure hydraulic motors.
It combines a rigid steel-supported structure with a low-friction bronze working surface.
Composite Structure
The product uses a carbon steel base and a CuPb10Sn10 lead bronze friction layer.
The metallurgical bonding strength reaches at least 150 MPa.
Structural Rigidity
The carbon steel backing provides high rigidity under pressure.
It limits deformation and helps the distribution windows maintain even contact with the cylinder block.
Load Capacity
The maximum load pressure is 65 N/mm².
The rigid structure supports stable sealing during hydraulic motor operation.
Self-Lubricating Surface
The lead bronze layer provides self-lubricating and low-friction performance.
It helps reduce friction heat and operating noise at the matching surface.
Material Efficiency
Compared with an all-bronze port plate, the bimetal construction can reduce copper material use by more than 60%.
The steel backing also provides greater rigidity than a full-bronze structure.
Precision Machining
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.005 mm. The oil-distribution surface roughness is Ra 0.2 μm or better.
The alloy hardness is HB 70–100, and the maximum working temperature is 260°C.
Direct Installation
Dimensional consistency allows the Bimetal Hydraulic Motor Port Plate to replace a matching component without additional fitting.
This supports faster installation during motor repair and remanufacturing.
Application Areas
The product is suitable for medium- and high-pressure vane motors and piston motors.
It can also be used in industrial hydraulic stations and construction machinery motor repair projects.
