Product Overview
This hydraulic pump side plate is developed for high-pressure and heavy-load hydraulic systems.
It is suitable for continuous operation, frequent starts and stops, and working conditions with repeated pressure impact.
Alloy Material
The friction layer uses CuPb24Sn4 high-lead bronze. Its higher lead content provides improved lubricating performance.
Alloy Layer Thickness
The bronze alloy layer is 0.7–1.2 mm thick. This structure supports demanding high-pressure pump operation.
Pressure Capacity
The plate is rated for working pressure up to 35 MPa and peak pressure up to 42 MPa.
Its fatigue strength is at least 125 MPa, and the maximum working temperature is 280°C.
End-Face Precision
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.003 mm. Surface roughness is Ra 0.15 μm or better.
These specifications help limit deformation and support close contact in high-pressure pump structures.
Reduced End-Face Leakage
Compared with an ordinary bimetal side plate, the stated end-face leakage is reduced by more than 40%.
This supports higher volumetric efficiency and lower energy loss during pump operation.
Thermal Seizure Resistance
The material provides strong resistance to thermal seizure. Frequent pressure changes and start-stop cycles have less effect on the friction surface.
Application Areas
This hydraulic pump side plate is suitable for pressure compensation structures in high-pressure gear pumps and high-pressure vane pumps.
Typical applications include mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, and heavy construction machinery.
Factory Site
The factory owns a 16,000 m² site with 8,000 m² of building space.
It has more than 50 employees and annual production capacity of one million bimetal side plates.


Production Equipment
Production equipment includes three continuous sintering lines, 30 machining centers, 10 CNC lathes, 10 surface grinders, and two double-face grinders.
Twelve machining centers are imported from the United States.
Incoming Material Control
Raw materials are inspected before storage. Materials that do not meet the requirements are not accepted for production.
In-Process Inspection
Production controls include three checks on the first piece, scheduled patrol inspections, and management of nonconforming parts.
Finished products receive a final reinspection of geometric tolerances.
Commercial Terms
A six-month warranty is provided. Volume discounts are discussed for large orders.
The preferred trade term is EXW. Payment is 50% in advance before production and 50% before shipment.
