Product Overview
The High Pressure Bimetal Pump Valve Plate is designed for hydraulic pumps operating under high pressure, heavy loads, and frequent pressure impact.
It is suitable for continuous operation in mining machinery, metallurgical equipment, and heavy construction machinery.
Alloy Material
The friction surface uses CuPb24Sn4 high-lead bronze.
The higher lead content provides improved self-lubricating performance under demanding pressure and temperature conditions.
Alloy Layer Thickness
The alloy layer thickness is 0.7–1.2 mm.
This layer provides the friction and wear surface required for high-pressure pump operation.
Pressure Performance
The rated working pressure is up to 35 MPa. Peak pressure resistance reaches 42 MPa.
The fatigue strength is at least 125 MPa.
Dimensional Stability
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.003 mm. Surface roughness is Ra 0.15 μm or better.
The plate shows very limited deformation under high-pressure loading.
Leakage Control
According to the supplied product data, end-face leakage is 40% lower than that of an ordinary bimetal side plate.
Lower leakage supports stable volumetric efficiency and reduces energy loss inside the pump.
Thermal Seizure Resistance
The bronze layer provides resistance to thermal seizure during frequent starts, stops, and pressure impact.
The maximum working temperature is 280°C.
Pressure Compensation Compatibility
