Product Overview
The Bimetallic Piston Pump Distributor Plate is designed for high-pressure axial piston pumps and variable piston pumps.
It supports hydraulic systems that operate with frequent pressure changes and alternating loads.
Composite Structure
The plate combines a low-carbon steel base with a CuPb10Sn10 lead bronze alloy layer.
The steel base provides structural strength. The bronze layer supplies the low-friction and wear-resistant working surface.
Metallurgical Bonding
The two materials are integrated through metallurgical sintering.
Bonding strength reaches at least 150 MPa, helping prevent layer separation or cracking during repeated motor operation.
Reversing Operation
Hydraulic motors frequently switch between forward and reverse rotation.
The Bimetal Hydraulic Motor Side Plate is designed to resist the fatigue impact and galling risks created by this operating pattern.
Pressure Compensation
The precision-machined end face works with floating compensation structures.
This helps maintain stable volumetric efficiency and motor output torque as the friction surface experiences gradual wear.
Anti-Seizure Performance
The lead bronze alloy layer has self-lubricating properties.
Its anti-galling performance is better than that of all-steel or powder metallurgy side plates, helping reduce the risk of motor seizure.
Surface Accuracy
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.005 mm, and friction surface roughness is Ra 0.2 μm or better.
The alloy layer thickness is 0.5–1.0 mm, with hardness of HB 70–100.
Working Conditions
The rated working pressure is up to 25 MPa, and the maximum working temperature is 260°C.
Application Areas
The product is suitable for hydraulic drive units used in agricultural machinery, light industrial machinery, and material-handling equipment.


Customization and Orders
Production is available according to customer drawings or samples. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Several models and specifications may be combined in one order.
Production and Delivery
The factory operates three continuous sintering lines and 30 machining centers. Its stated annual capacity is one million bimetal side plates.
Custom samples require about 30 days, with urgent orders shortened by around five days. Standard delivery is 25–30 days, and a six-month warranty is provided.
