The Bimetal Hydraulic Pump Wear Resistant Plate is designed for hydraulic pumps that operate continuously in environments where oil cleanliness may be difficult to maintain.
It is suitable for equipment exposed to dust, minor oil contamination, and long working cycles.
Material Structure
The product uses a high-strength cold-rolled steel backing combined with a copper alloy friction layer.
A solid lubricant phase is evenly distributed throughout the copper alloy layer.
Boundary Lubrication Protection
The solid lubricant phase continues to reduce friction when the oil supply is temporarily insufficient.
This helps lower the risk of surface burning caused by short periods of boundary lubrication or dry contact.
Wear Resistance
Under oil lubrication, the wear rate is controlled within 0.01 mm per 1,000 hours.
According to the supplied product data, its service life is more than 50% longer than that of a conventional bimetal side plate under comparable operating conditions.
Oil Cleanliness Adaptability
The product is suitable for hydraulic oil with a cleanliness level of NAS 8–10.
It can tolerate light oil contamination while maintaining stable wear performance.
Operating Conditions
The rated working pressure is up to 25 MPa. The copper alloy layer has a hardness of HB 80–110.
These properties support continuous operation in demanding industrial environments.

Customization Support
Production is available according to customer drawings or physical samples. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Custom samples normally require 30 days. Urgent samples may be completed about five days earlier.
Delivery and Warranty
Standard delivery is 25–30 days. Repeat orders may be delivered approximately one week earlier.
A six-month warranty is provided. Returns or replacements are handled within five days.


Production and Inspection
The factory has three continuous bimetal sintering lines and 30 machining centers, including 12 imported machines.
Export products receive a 100% inspection before packing.
Export Packaging
Small orders are packed in wooden cases with metal fasteners. Orders above half a ton are placed on iron pallets and secured with stretch film.
