Product Overview
The wear resistant side plate is designed for hydraulic pumps and motors operating in demanding environments.
It is suitable for continuous duty, repeated starts and stops, load impact, and hydraulic oil with light contamination.
Composite Structure
The product combines a high-strength low-carbon steel base with a high-tin lead bronze alloy layer.
Wear-strengthening materials and solid lubricant components are evenly distributed throughout the friction layer.
Metallurgical Bonding
The steel base and bronze layer are joined through metallurgical sintering.
Bonding strength reaches at least 150 MPa, supporting stable operation without layer separation.
Lubrication Protection
The solid lubricant phase continues to reduce friction when oil lubrication is temporarily insufficient.
This improves performance under boundary lubrication and helps lower the risk of scoring, galling, and surface seizure.
Wear Performance
The oil-lubricated wear rate is controlled within 0.008 mm per 1,000 hours.
According to the supplied product data, service life is more than 60% longer than that of a conventional bimetal side plate under comparable conditions.
Surface Accuracy
End-face flatness is controlled within 0.005 mm. Friction surface roughness is Ra 0.2 μm or better.
The alloy layer hardness is HB 80–115, and the layer thickness is 0.5–1.2 mm.
Pressure and Temperature
The rated working pressure is up to 28 MPa.
The maximum working temperature is 280°C.
Compensation Structure Compatibility
The precision-machined working surface supports floating compensation structures.
This helps the wear resistant side plate maintain stable volumetric efficiency as gradual surface wear occurs.
Application Areas
The product is suitable for hydraulic pumps and motors used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, construction machinery, and port equipment.
It can also be used for repair and remanufacturing of heavy-load hydraulic friction components.


Customization and Delivery
Production is available according to customer drawings or samples. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Custom samples require about 30 days. Standard delivery is 25–30 days, and repeat orders may be completed about one week earlier.
Export Packaging
Small orders use reinforced wooden cases. Orders above half a ton are placed on iron pallets and secured with stretch film.
