Product Overview
The rulon bushing is a bimetal wear-resistant sleeve designed for rotating and oscillating loads.
It can be used in hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, construction machinery joints, and industrial guide positions.
Material Structure
The product combines a low-carbon steel backing with a wear-resistant tin-lead bronze inner wall.
The steel backing provides load support. The bronze layer supplies fatigue resistance, low friction, and anti-seizure performance.
Wall Thickness
The total wall thickness can be produced from 1.5 to 3.5 mm.
Dimensions can be customized according to the customer's drawing, sample, shaft size, and installation position.
Load Capacity
The dynamic load capacity is up to 70 N/mm².
The static load capacity reaches 280 N/mm², supporting heavy-load and continuous-duty applications.
Wear Performance
Wear-resistant elements are added to the inner alloy layer.
Under oil lubrication, the wear rate is controlled within 0.005 mm per 1,000 hours.
Alternating Load Resistance
The rulon bushing can withstand reciprocating, oscillating, and rotating alternating loads.
Its fatigue wear resistance helps reduce simultaneous wear of the shaft and bushing.
Boundary Lubrication
The bronze inner wall maintains stable performance under boundary lubrication.
Its anti-seizure properties help protect the friction surface during temporary lubrication shortages.
Installation Accuracy
The inner diameter tolerance is H7, and bore roughness is Ra 0.8 μm or better.
Consistent dimensions allow direct press-fitting without additional machining or manual fitting.
Operating Temperature
The maximum working temperature is 220°C.
The product is suitable for heavy hydraulic transmission systems with long operating cycles.
Application Areas
Typical applications include shaft supports in hydraulic pumps and motors, construction machinery joints, automation equipment guides, and wear sleeves for mining or metallurgical machinery.
Customization and Inspection
OEM and ODM production is available. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces, and different models may be combined in one order.
Custom samples require about 30 days. Export products receive a 100% inspection before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Warranty and Delivery
Standard delivery is 25–30 days. Repeat orders may be delivered about one week earlier.
A six-month warranty is provided.
