Product Overview
The bushing ng motor component is designed for shaft support and guidance inside hydraulic motors.
It is suitable for motors that experience frequent starts, stops, and changes in rotation direction.
Material Structure
The bushing combines a low-carbon steel backing with a CuPb10Sn10 copper alloy inner wall.
The steel backing provides mechanical strength. The bronze inner surface provides the low-friction and wear-resistant contact layer.
Metallurgical Bonding
The steel and bronze materials are joined through metallurgical sintering.
This bonding method helps prevent the copper alloy layer from separating during repeated motor operation.
Impact Load Resistance
Hydraulic motor shafts receive impact loads during startup and direction reversal.
The product is designed to remain stable under these conditions, with dynamic load capacity up to 65 N/mm² and static load capacity up to 250 N/mm².
Lubrication Design
Oil grooves or oil pockets can be machined into the bore according to customer requirements.
These structures retain lubricant and support stable operation under boundary lubrication conditions.
Installation Accuracy
The inner diameter tolerance is H7, and the bore roughness is Ra 0.8 μm or better.
Consistent dimensions allow the bushing ng motor part to be press-fitted directly without additional boring or fitting.
Operating Range
The wall thickness is 1.5–3.0 mm. Maximum sliding speed is 10 m/s, and maximum working temperature is 200°C.

The product is suitable for shaft support and guide positions in industrial and agricultural hydraulic motors.
It can be used for original motor production, maintenance, and replacement of worn components.
Customization and Ordering
OEM and ODM services are available. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces, and several models or specifications may be combined in one order.
Custom samples normally require 30 days. Urgent orders may be shortened by approximately five days. Standard delivery is 25–30 days.
Manufacturing and Inspection
Core sintering and machining operations are completed in-house. Third-party inspection is accepted.
The product carries a six-month warranty. The preferred trade term is EXW, with settlement mainly in US dollars.
