Product Overview
These bi metal bushings are designed for shaft support and guidance inside hydraulic pumps. They are suitable for original pump assembly, aftermarket maintenance, and replacement of worn bushings.
Material Structure
The bushing combines a low-carbon steel backing with a CuPb10Sn10 copper alloy inner surface.
The steel backing provides structural strength. The copper alloy inner wall forms the low-friction and wear-resistant contact surface.
Metallurgical Bonding
The steel and copper layers are joined through metallurgical sintering.
This process creates a stable material interface and prevents the copper alloy layer from separating during normal hydraulic pump operation.
Load Capacity
The dynamic load capacity is up to 65 N/mm². The static load capacity reaches 250 N/mm².
This structure can withstand the impact loads that occur when hydraulic pumps start and stop.
Lubrication Support
Oil grooves or oil pockets can be machined into the inner surface according to customer requirements.
These oil-retaining structures provide continuous lubrication and help the bi metal bushings operate reliably under boundary lubrication conditions.
Dimensional Accuracy
The inner diameter tolerance is H7, and the bore surface roughness is Ra 0.8 μm or better.
Consistent dimensions allow the bushing to be press-fitted directly into the installation position without additional boring or fitting.
Operating Conditions
The maximum sliding speed is 10 m/s, and the highest working temperature is 200°C.
The bushing wall thickness can be produced from 1.5 to 3.0 mm.
Application Areas
The product is suitable for shaft support and guide positions in different hydraulic pumps.
It is also used for replacement and maintenance in industrial hydraulic pumps and agricultural machinery hydraulic pumps.
Customization and Delivery
Production is available from customer drawings or physical samples. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
Custom samples normally require 30 days. Urgent samples may be completed five days earlier. Standard delivery is 25–30 days, while repeat orders may be delivered about one week earlier.
Inspection and Warranty
The factory checks hardness, copper layer thickness, surface roughness, and dimensional accuracy. Export products receive a 100% inspection before packing.
Third-party inspection is accepted. A six-month warranty is provided, and the preferred trade term is EXW.
