Material Structure
The product combines an alloy steel backing with a high-lead bronze inner wall.
The alloy steel provides strength and deformation resistance. The bronze surface creates a low-friction contact layer for the matching shaft or guide surface.
Side-Load Resistance
Piston pump swash plate structures generate strong lateral forces during high-pressure operation.
The sintered metal bushing is designed to withstand these side loads while maintaining its shape and installation accuracy.
Impact Performance
The product is classified as having high impact resistance.
This makes it suitable for working positions exposed to repeated pressure changes and mechanical shock.
Static Load Capacity
The radial static load capacity reaches 280 N/mm².
The reinforced steel backing helps the bushing remain stable under concentrated loads from the piston pump shaft system.
Wear Protection
The high-lead bronze inner wall provides anti-friction and wear-resistant performance.
It helps reduce wear failures between the piston pump shaft and bushing, supporting longer service intervals and lower maintenance requirements.

Bore roundness is controlled within 0.003 mm.
The alloy layer hardness is HB 80–110, and the maximum operating temperature is 260°C.

The product is suitable for axial piston pump main shafts and cylinder block guide positions.
It is also used in high-pressure piston pumps for construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, and mining machinery.
