The outer surface serves as the contact interface between the bushing and the hydraulic cylinder liner; it requires good roundness and straightness.


The oil holes are openings in the bushing that connect to the oil passages between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic cylinder; their number and placement are determined based on specific operational requirements.


Key performance characteristics of hydraulic bushings include wear resistance, corrosion resistance, sealing capability, and cold resistance. High-quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques should be employed during production to ensure stable performance and a long service life.
